Blackbird

Have been under weather for a few days. Ups and downs of fibro and mental health problems. I'm sure the COVID lockdown hasn't helped. It's made me very insular at times. Lots of episodes of anxiety for no reason at all. Fine one minute, tears the next then sleep. Too much sleep really as that just feeds stiffness and adds to the body pain that my fibro causes.

I have just about managed to take a photo each day I've missed and will add those at some point.

The garden has seen a regular troop of visitors. Mostly from recently fledged nests I would imagine. Not huge diversity but nice all the same.
