Artwork

This artwork is on the wall of a small industrial building near to where I live. I have always found it a little odd...not sure why, but I can't say I am a fan.I appreciate that someone has made a big effort to brighten up a dull wall but the overall effect is a little sad.
Another day of rain and grey skies...heating is definitely on!
