Red Herring or not ?.....

Another day of this and that. Got Kev to give me a hand to give the 20 AAx Saler bulling hefs their 2nd BVD vaccine , a wormer bolus and a pour on fly repellent. Was hoping to cart them out to a field down the road this afternoon, but when I checked the fences, a lot if the electric fence insulators on the top wire were needing stapled back in place. So spent the afternoon with my other co pilot( my old collie) stapling them all back on and knocking every stob back in a bit . It took a good 3 hours to go round the 20 acre field and no doubt my back will be complaining in the morning.
Back home and the herds had all the ewe hoggs and some tups shut in ready for the shearing crew who are coming at 7am tomorrow. So tomorrow will be all go.
Checked the geocache place when I was down the road fencing. Someone has obviously updated it since I last looked, as the red herring is new. And the last visit was on the 3rd of June. So much for lock down. You never know who is mooching about your ground !
