A day out

Up early for a splash through the park - Mrs Soup completed her 100th parkrun - well done Mrs!

Mavis, Bob and the Soups then went off to London. We visited several bike shops - Mavis wants a rod bike. Then we went to Bagman and Robin - Mavis was thinking about bags. A quick stop for a drink in the cellars of Ye Olde Cheshire Cheese (rebuilt 1667) in Fleet Street - where we met some likely lads doing a pub/monopoly outing (visiting a pub in all the squares on a monopoly board). Finally we managed to get to Brick Lane for a curry.

A long day of walking as the Tube seemed to have stopped working, and we only bought food and drink...
