Dragonfly

There is a stream at the bottom of the valley that hosts plenty of frogs and at this time year dragonflies, especially in the morning. After the huge amount of rain we had in May, it is quite full and there were frogs and dragonflies and damselflies in abundance. I managed to get photos of about 5 different types but I think this turquoise one is my favourite.

Apart from my morning dragonfly photo walk, I went to the beach and had quite a long swim and also had a shopping trip to the nearest town to get various provisions and equipment, including vacuum cleaner bags which seem to have become increasingly elusive. People are bothering less and less with  distancing, masks and hand sanitizing ... I hope they'll think again from next week when more tourists from  other countries are to be allowed in.
