We would like to plant a vigorous climbing rose against a wall at our French place.  We had a Kiftsgate at a previous property and it grew fast and furious, just the ticket.  We need to buy that variety here and take it over with us, so we went to the local garden centre.  This chap (photo) was posted outside to stop anyone who has symptoms from entering. There were not many people there and everybody kept a good distance except for one idiot who I had to scold for coming too close.  Sorry, mate, a sheepish grin is not enough, go home and learn what two metres looks like.
