Chicken Tikka Pasty
Most of the english pies and sausages we ordered online for Christmas, have now been eaten, with the exception of a couple of pork pies (not my problem) and a couple of chicken tikka pasties. I decided it was time we ate the pasties, and Tom agreed, on one condition, that we bake samosas as well as a back up plan. Fair enough.
In all honesty I thought my pasty was OK, although I probably wouldn't buy it again. Tom's lived down to his expectations, with, according to him, more of the taste and texture of a potato tikka pasty. Ouch!
The salad and samosas were delicious!
