The Pier

Mr MD became a year younger today so we decided to make it special and pay a visit to St.Annes-on-Sea.  A big adventure as it was our first real trip out since lock-down began.   We had a very pleasant walk along the promenade, which was rather busier than we anticipated.   But there were no problems.   People kept their distance, the weather was nice and mild, and - all in all - a much enjoyed outing.   Candlelight dinner (at home) to follow.
