"Can I have a "P" please Bob?"
Those of you a certain age
may just recogise the phrase.

NOT QUITE, and I wasn't even trying.
;¬)
I admit to never having bought any dried peas since Alice, ergo they can't be any "younger" than:-
1284 days... or 183 weeks & 3 days... or 3 years, 6 months & 6 days old.
And there's NO way I can even guesstimate beyond that, except that there were very few left and it was December.
I, habitually, chucked in a handful of "Carlins" both for a splash of colour, and, of course, coz we liked them; as did a lady in the, now extinct, Corner Shop, so I generally gave her a few.
This year I found myself under house-arrest and carlinless : ¬ (
ergo, try some of Alice's dried peas. At this rate, I've about as many for next year.
