Toastrack tram 22

sorting through my Rothesay Tramway Company postcard collection presentation today.....here's an early electric tram passing the harbour with holidaymakers...five short wheelbase "toastrack" trams ran in summer from Rothesay town to Ettrick Bay via  Port Bannatyne where this car was built...the ride over the hill to the bay could be shoogly inducing mal-de-mer in some passengers
extras at Ettrick Bay a favourite beach location on the west coast of the Isle of Bute....the trams were replaced by buses in 1936
