Standing in the rain

The rain is bouncing off the pavements again today!
I had a dentist's appointment where so many precautions were taken. The dental assistant took my temperature on arrival, there was a form to fill out to trace me if needed, hand disinfectant everywhere and a impressive special medical mask on my friendly dentist, making him look like Donald Duck! He even quacked when he walked in! All went well.

Luckily, the heavy, bouncing rain happened after lunch when I was at home. My three lovely plants of Coreopsis are coming into bloom and their sunny faces rejoice me every time I look out of the kitchen window. I can't wait to sit outside again right next to them when it warms up and the rain leaves us!

I focused on this one flower as I thought the back view was so pretty!  It was pouring as I took the photo in the protection of the balcony above.
