Working out

What a beautiful day. We were going to go swimming but it was too nice. Instead we took off for a long walk in the sun. Bit chilly but we kept up a good pace round bellsquarry. Dog loved it.
Baby slept for hours this afternoon, she has been a bit sniffly at night so I think she was catching up.
Started putting her down in cot at night while still awake to start a routine. So far so good.
Now with baby tucked up I have banana fritters from Chinese in oven warming up. Ice cream out and we are going to watch a film with the boys. If only I wasn't breast feeding because a glass or two of wine would round off a perfect day.
