Make Over

A few months ago I inherited my son's chest of drawers when it became too small to contain all his clothes.

It had Mickey Mouse handles. The plastic was yellowing and there were a few cracks in it. So during the self-isolation period I gave the chest of drawers a makeover.

It's a little more me now, yet still a little bit him.

I wonder if you can see what's going on here? Subtlety is not usually my strong point, but I think I may have nailed it here.
