Macro Mania

I really like macro photography. It is really a way to a place you otherwise just can't get to. I take a walk along the lanes of an evening and it might take me an hour to go a couple of hundred yards. What I always find amazing is that once you start to look you see more and more things you never knew were there. It is so true when people tell you that you don't see what yours eyes see, you see what your brain wants to see. If you start looking at a small scale for insects and spiders, you see nothing at first and then within a short time you see little creatures everywhere. Like a world within a world. Then what you see is just the start. You can only see so much detail with your eyes, and when you get the camera home you can see details that were not visible at all when you were out hunting your bugs! So this is my first entry. A spider checking me out. I will try to post other stuff, but spiders and flies will be all too common.
