I'm not the only one loving

these Nectaroscordum siculum/Sicilian Honey Garlic blooms in the garden. The bees love them too. They have been in bloom for what seems like ages, some of them just beginning to go over, the stems erect, the blooms closed & pointed, they make me think of church spires. I have a feeling they could make one more appearance.
An early morning, fed the birds while the kettle boiled, breakfast, the crossword, Sundial, & 30sec Number cruncher, brought the pepper plants out of the greenhouse. Loaded up some plants for Mum to pop in her empty flower border. Then off to get her shopping list & bags. I went to Tesco's, expecting to join a queue. No queue, I walked straight in, got to the mobile phone shop, dead on 9am. Phone enquiry dealt with very efficiently, next the shopping for both Mum & myself, all done without too much searching. Tesco's is definitely an improvement on the Coop, there is so much more choice. Back to Mum's, drop off the shop, have a cake & coffee. Home. Got hold of Kevin, the gardener that Mum uses to cut her grass, he'll be here after lunch to cut the grass along the outside wall. The house we rent has an area of garden belonging to the property outside the wall of the property, very strange. I don't plant it up, but I may scatter a wild flower mix there in the Autumn to attract the wildlife in the Spring.
Kevin arrived, strimmed the bank, I brushed up the grass and filled the sacks. I wanted to put the cuttings on my compost heap, took them up the allotment, quickly watered a few rows of seeds sown at the weekend, then back home again.

Thanks to trisharooni for hosting Tiny Tuesday & setting the challenge Flower
