Courgette overdose

When someone (nameless) made our first (and so far only) online grocery shop she managed to garner 5lb of courgettes instead of 5 courgettes. So, for the past 10 days we’ve had it in various forms (of which the loaf was particularly good). This lunchtime saw Aine create a courgette soup and quiche, both excellent. But we still have about a dozen left. Lordy
