Blue and Dry

I had to drive up to Edinburgh to get my eyes checked once again. Blue sky and sunshine made the drive so much more enjoyable.
Apart from returning some clothes I ordered online I managed not to go shopping in a big way.
All I bought was some fresh monkfish and some veg from a little market next to St James.
So I ended up having a very nice dinner: monkfish tail wrapped in bacon with spinach and lovely Terras Gauda Alberino.
