Praying

This shot kinda sums up my day today. Matt is out of town on a business trip. The kids and I had a busy day at home full of art projects, school, reading and of course discipline issues. The latter caused to be on my knees praying for my kiddos. Parenting is so hard... I don't know how single parents do it. Its hard to see your child struggle to learn that a behavior is not right, like hitting or spitting at your sister or calling your mommy a googoo head. But as a parent you just can't let it slide, you have stay on top of it. It can be exhausting. However, I am so thankful and blessed to have the opportunity to raise these precious children and to be able to pray for them.
