Mahonia Berries

The large Mahonia forming part of the canopy outside our bedroom window is one of my favorite plants in the garden. Didn't realize you could eat the berries although there seems to be mixed views on this

Did a few hours weeding out wild begonias that overrun the garden in places, then planted 2 of the 4 plants my daughter got me as a belated birthday present. Lupins and Begonia done today. Taken quite a lot out of me so early to bed tonight.
