Five Bar

...gate encountered on today’s walk.

Blue skies and sunshine all day and quite pleasant in the sun. I had intended starting some weeding in one of the shrubberies but ended up doing some cooking and cleaning instead...in between rescuing young birds in the conservatory! We’ve had a great tit and a chaffinch visiting this afternoon...both youngsters and just as I sat down to blip there was an unholy racket going on around the bird feeder, a young goldfinch screeching for its supper!

Looks like we’re going to be locked down until the end of July in Scotland (for those shielding/shielded)...the garden should be pristine by then.
