Chook n chicks

Poultry chicks are well adapted to survival, they can pickup their own food, many other birds rely on their parents feeding them for a considerable time.
These are lucky to be free range, unless there is a fox about. Still its better than being in a poultry shed with thousands of others.
I dug my spuds today, quite a nice little crop, in extras if you like photos of new potatoes.
