Coffee Louts

I'm amazed how some people think as long as their rubbish doesn't touch the floor, it doesn't count as litter.
So apple cores on pedestrian crossing WAIT buttons, the fast food bag on top of a post box and of course balancing your drink can or cup on a railing. Or impaling it in this case.
