Smooth, Dark and Sophisticated: Mono Monday: Bar
Fairtrade and organic if possible, smooth and silky on the palate. Preferably more than 72% cocoa solids and Switzerland makes one of the best chocolates in the world!
Today, I bought a bar of 82% Madagascar with a beautiful design of cocoa beans imprinted on the top.
There is sunshine today with blue skies dotted with lots of fluffy white clouds! So wonderful to walk again without an umbrella!
