Humphrey Head

An early walk to Humphrey Head with CO.  It was cool and grey this morning - perfect for walking.  We had a good catch up.  Sadly her brother is unwell and that is causing her natural distress because she can't visit him in the south at the moment.  We talked through various scenarios and coping strategies and hope that helped.
