A picnic....

LDC woke up with plans this morning: a picnic and a walk in a park near here. NSLLDC said yes for the first time in months and so my sceptical and puzzled look (the weather was supposed to be very very wet today) had to change very quickly into a lovely smile! Of course! Let’s! 

The picnic was consumed in the car.
Then the sun made an appearance.
We started our walk.
Follow me, I know where I’m going.
We got lost.
It started to rain.
It rained really heavily.
We got completely drenched.
We met a family who pointed us in the right direction (we were far away from the car park, of course).
The rain continued.
Finally we reached the car.
The rain eased off.
