One year!!!

It's been a whole year since I've owned my own practice! Wow how time flies. It's been quite the journey and a steep learning curve. I could not have done it without the help of my wonderful staff. And of course the never ending love, support and patience of my hubby.

Cleanse day today...feel so good doing it, but I may have to change which day I do it. It makes that end of week glass of wine with S that much more potent!
