Jacobsburg State Park ....

... Hoppy, Hoppy Birthday frogs!

Today is the birthday of a very special blip friend ... one we have had the pleasure of meeting twice so far!  I had originally wanted to post a photo of a Blue Jay as I know that's one of her favorite American birds.  But they weren't around until late this afternoon.

So ... it's a trio of Jacobsburg State Park frogs!  I hope you like frogs, Dolly! And if not ... I have posted one of your other American favorites on my other journal.

To take advantage of this very fine day we headed out to Jacobsburg State Park for a walk ... even though we knew it would be crowded. We stopped by the frog pond first and were very entertained for a while by all of them ... most especially this trio.  Then we went to another area of the park that isn't usually as busy ... although today there were more people there than we've seen in the past.

On the way home we stopped at Wegman's for some ice cream and we've been home since.  We plan on a nice quiet night in.

Happy Birthday, Dolly!
