A moment in the sun

I went to town early to pick up some flowers to plant in a pot to brighten up the garden. Town wasn't busy so I took the opportunity to walk up and down the streets to see what was happening with local businesses. Only the grocery and hardware stores were open that early, but it was encouraging to see notices posted on other businesses that they were opening with reduced hours and limiting the number of customers allowed inside. It's been months since I've walked around town. Usually it's straight to the grocery store and straight home.  I was glad not to have to worry about social distancing today.
I couldn't resist taking a shot of this guy relaxing on a bench, feet firmly planted on the ground. I like to get shots of feet dangling because some of the benches are quite high, but any bench shot will do. It was a beautiful morning for relaxing and enjoying a moment in the sun.
Extra: Watering plants
We had a hail storm followed by an incredible downpour yesterday afternoon. I was worried about the garden but only the petunias in the hanging baskets got damaged a bit.  Phew!
