Another barn left to the weather

Maintaining, keeping in good shape, your property is difficult if your business is at the edge.
Farmers often leave their barns to the weather, especially if they are somewhere in the middle of nowhere and the municipality doesn't care whether the village(s) look nice for the tourists.
Making the village look nice costs money, but it is an investment in the future and might, but just might bring more tourists and hence more money.
If you don't invest they won't come, at least not the same numbers. But what if you lack the money?
