Paeonia ‘Bowl of Beauty ‘

My favourite Paeonia. I’ve been waiting for them to open for a few days now and they’re just starting to flower from lovely fat buds. This one is in a vase, together with a bunch of lupins and alliums which blew over a few days ago.
Had a distanced tour of my friend’s amazing coastal garden with coffee and a blether then delivered some plants to another friend and chatted from the end of her drive. She truly needs hugs but the plants will keep her busy.
Still digging out a new border and watering this evening.
