Blackbird looking out to sea

Noticed this black bird on the barracks fence looking out to sea. I love whistling to the blackbirds softly and they respond in a slightly confused way. In the extra is a clematis flower in sians garden and a flower in the royal William yard! It looks to me like it is raising praising arms up to heaven!
