Syrup Season

Cold nights warm days must mean it is syrup time. I lived next to a sugar shack last year. Amazing amount of effort and work goes into producing the syrup. The neighbors running the shack also had a B&B so they did it more for the brochure than anything - still after factoring in all the work/hour they estimated it made them about 25 cents/hour.
