Super Ted?

This chap has been standing at the side of the Tweedbank roundabout for a few weeks now. He is the work of Stewart Bell who lives locally and has an amazing talent.  He puts christmas characters out in December, and I blipped his display for the centenary of WW2 a couple of years ago.
