Gosh - a funny old day that seems to have disappeared.
We had some family photos taken in the garden by a professional photographer - this was a very new experience for us and I am looking forward to seeing how they turn out.
Z then went on a walk with a friend.
Managed to get into the Bees, one of the hives is thinking of swarming so i need to monitor it. the other hives are doing well.
Then a call from a friend with Bees who needed some help.  So i popped over to their house.  some minor concerns as their bees don't have any stores and not much new activity from the queen.  I will go back next week to see if what we have put in place has helped.
As of yesterday, Z has taken up the guitar, found an online tutorial and has been practicing on a friends guitar.  She is making progress!
