Yellowhammer and sparrow

We had no internet on Friday or yesterday but it has just come back on . I doubt it will stay. 
My daughter phoned BT and told them her Mother was elderly and shielding and relies on the internet for communicating and shopping. So an engineer is coming on Wed for this poor decrepit old lady!
I doubt if they will be able to do much  but we will hope. The phone is not great either , it crackles so much I have no idea what is being said sometimes. Thank goodness for mobile phones.
Although this is dated the 5th I am writing on the 7th and hoping it will go on.
