The Scots Pine... Is There A More Majestic Tree?

....I don't think so. It is most definitely my favourite tree.

You hear birds singing as you walk through Scots or sometimes called Caledonian Pine. They are buzzing with life, unlike the eerie silence of a walk through a Sitka Spruce forest!

These Scots Pine can be found on the Glasgow, Crianlarich road just outside Crianlarich. I probably wouldn't have stopped but for blipfoto. I am loving the challenge of making time for a photo every day.
