A sunny walk round the lake!!

A beautiful day today, cold and sunny. Went over to see my daughter and the two dogs . Took loads of pictures of the dogs being gorgeous, hope Shad doesn't get jealous!!!!

Then daughter and I took Sasha, the 7 month old for a lovely walk round this lake in a beautiful park near their house. Charlie, the 10 week old isn't quite ready to go for long walks on his lead, he's still getting used to it, plus he was curled up on his bed, snoring!!!!!!!
The wildlife on the lake was wonderful, ducks, another type, coots I think, then we came round to these wonderful swans. I must start trying to recognise all the different types of water fowl!!!!
On the way back to the car we came across a heron on the path ahead of us. It was a lovely walk, good for lifting the spirits, plus only about three quarters of a mile around.

Now home, Shadow has gone out to play.
Bad result in the football today but at least England are beating Scotland in the Rugby, so it's not all bad!!
