Saturday evening meal.

This was my Vegan stir fry meal this evening.
It is a change from homemade pizza but enjoyable.
I got 7 out of ten for the Vegan quiz that was the challenge activity for today.
The wind had lessened here and the weather was glorious sunshine and some clouds.
No sign of the Strawberry Moon.
