Marsh Labrador Tea

Another rainy morning but I was now prepared for it. I happened to wake up around 4:15, checked out the rain radar and noted that it would take perhaps 2 hours for the rain to reach our cottage, and started my 5 km morning walk already around 4:45. The red-throated divers were not about on their usual lake, but marsh labrador teas were in blossom on the lake's marshy shore, filling the morning air with their pleasing scent. Had to blip them, of course. Since that, I have been singing the song above, recorded one year after my birth.
