Wtf is this bird?

On one of the many Zooms I do these days I became aware there was a lot of activity in the kitchen.  Plus photos pinging in from about 3 metres away.   So what is this bird? . I am not an ornithologist but  my many followers (2) might be. J, brother number 2 thinks a young thrush.  Mum thinks a Twite (unlikely). Xtoph?
