Men at Work
...down under! Spotted on our afternoon walk today.
After last nights wind and rain it’s been a beautiful day...much warmer and sunnier than forecast. Thankfully the roses survived the onslaught as we’ve got five laden with flowers and buds.
A visit from eldest, luckily there was enough dinner to feed four as it was our night out in! Once a fortnight we get two meals for three delivered from the guy who catered middle child’s wedding...tonight was roast beef dinner which with the addition of yorkies and peas sufficed the four of us.
Many thanks to all who helped identify yesterday’s blip...a good look at it today confirms it’s a Tradescantia virginiana or Virginia Spiderwort. Someday I’ll know what all the plants are in the garden!
Many thanks to admirer for hosting Silly Saturday and Marlieske for hosting Derelict Sunday.
