A view

This is again the view from my office window, really the picture window of our Annex where I keep my computer desk etc . . .  I have to relinquish it for guests, though.

It's a fork 'andle on a fork which is more decorative than useful, owing to its age.  It was bequeathed (dumped) by a neighbour who emigrated to Malta some years ago, and we now have  veritable arsenal of spades and forks such that we can afford to leave a couple just stuck in a flower bed or lawn, looking ornamental.

It was good to have the rain, although the water butts are still only half full, so the total capacity of 1200 litres will take a while to fill at this rate.
