End of Spring

and start of Summer, but it sure doesn't feel like it today with a blustery cold NW wind and frequent showers this afternoon. Temperatures below where they should be. An opportunity for a spot of cooking; an apple and mincemeat tart is in the oven and a Wholemeal loaf in the bread maker.  Spaghetti Carbonara in the planning stage for supper.
