Mums in DC

Talking w/ daughter about my 2700 mi move back to California. Do I bring the plants? There are seven plants, indoor and outdoor, in this urban basement apt. Got me thinking of new homes (for them), and a few apt. photos to commemorate. These mums from the store show off the living area well.
