Zooming around the zoo
Today we attempted to use our Bristol zoo membership for the entire family, but yet again it was a truncated trip.
Ciarán loves the zoo, but John (at 14 months old) is not yet old enough to appreciate it. He just wants to get out of the buggy; or be picked up; or be put down. In short whatever he is not currently doing is what he would like to be doing.
So it's a whistle stop tour that today missed out about half the zoo.
John loves the aquarium; as there is some pretty big fish in there;but didn't seem to fussed about the penguins or the seals.
I had to pry him off the glass screen around the Meerkats which he seemed especially happy to watch running around in the lovely (but cold) winter sunshine.
Lots of photo's I could have used (but probably more suitable for my facebook account rather than here) but I've plumped for an arty shot of the penguin enclosure.
