Sourdough is starting - we are attempting a new 'recipe'.

Post-loaf edit: the recipe didn't work. My instinct to amend it was over-ridden by my faith in Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall.

We will try again.

Post-edit edit: the wholefood store is out of flour. We'll need to find a new source!
