High tide

at Thornham, (north Norfolk UK). At particularly high tides the old coal barn is surrounded by the sea illustrating its limitations as a home or business venture, on top of which various planning restrictions are additional obstacles to any development. The road is submerged and passes alongside the barn towards the left to an elevated car park. I have seen the unwary leave cars on the side of the road to go off on a long walk to come back and see their pride and joy up to the axles in sea water.
