Poppies among the daisies

Three cars went to the farm to collect a delivery from the food factory. It was all unloaded and another set of bags packed within the hour. I managed a walk out during the only spell of bright weather during the day but it was distinctly chilly.  The yoga nidra class in the afternoon was very relaxing and a welcome end to a lot of busy activity.
