Lochan Spling

Lovely sunny morning though a little cold out of the sun.

We took a walk around Lochan Spling and the forest was fairly busy with day trippers and their dogs. The Loch had frozen in places and the cracking sound of it melting was spooking Roxy.

There are lots of snowdrops and crocuses appearing and growth buds on the trees. It feels like Spring so expecting some change in the weather soon just to remind us that it is still winter.
