Artichoke

We signed up for a food delivery service from Full Circle and received our first order sometime very early this morning.  See Extra. There  is no contract, meaning we can decide to quit anytime, but did agree to try it for 4 weeks. Fruits and vegetables from organic growers in Washington, Oregon, and California. Also dairy, meat, and quite a bit of condiments, crackers, and the like.
Everything we ordered arrived, all nice looking and fresh, but a bit overwhelming to suddenly have a counter full of greens, carrots, apples, avocado, and a lot more. I quick made a huge pasta salad that we're going to eat on for the next few days.
